Blue sapphire. One of the big three gem stone. Has always been one our favorite material to build our Lane Joaillier Fine jewellery pieces .

The focus of the bangle is a piece of over 10 carats Trapezoid cut Sri blue sapphire . For the last decade it is very rare and surprised to encounter such unique cutting piece.

Usually in the market we always see the cushion or oval brilliant cut. The reason indeed merely because these 2 cutting retain the most weight from the rough gem. In order to polish into squarish step cut like emerald cut or trapezoid have lots of wastage from the rough gem. So, this is the practical reason of the uniqueness of the sapphire

The color of this Sapphire is also one of our favorite. This is a Sri Lankan origin piece. But it stands aside the typical inky vivid blue color, but contain the Velvet blue color tone , typical burmese & Kashmir origin character .

Because of such unique shape of cutting is full of geometrical character. We developed the bangle also a stretch of the geometrical pattern of repeating the shape of triangle cutting . As well as the circle of emerald cut diamond all the way around the bangle and echo to the centered Blue sapphire .

原因是在寶石的市場當中，切割寶石工藝是為了保持寶石的最大原有重量 ， 通常會把寶石胚切割成比較圓渾的鵝蛋或枕頭型 ， 因為直線切割會帶來更加多的損耗 。 所以這便是這顆梯形切割藍寶石的獨特及罕有的實際原因

除此之外，這顆漂亮的藍寶石顏色，雖然是斯里蘭卡產地 ， 本應是帶有深墨水藍色色調，但卻帶有濃厚及典型的緬甸及喀什米爾藍寶石絲絨藍的色調
